Yes, optional diagnostic add-ons, such as advanced imaging or specialty diagnostics are available for discounted fees. These are entirely elective and transparently priced.
Yes. For Elite Members, all proactive health planning, unlimited primary care visits, and day-to-day illness management are included in your monthly fee. For women, the plan will also include your annual gynecologic examination. No insurance billing applies to any of these services.

Yes. QH assessment fees may be submitted for reimbursement under your HSA/FSA, subject to the terms of your plan. We can provide documentation to assist.
Yes. Medicare patients are welcome, and billing is handled the same as for non-Medicare members. Membership fees are paid directly and not submitted to Medicare.
Our model is intentionally out-of-network and cash-based. This simplifies care, ensures full transparency, and avoids the administrative constraints of insurance billing. Because we don’t participate with any carriers, there are no in-network/out-of-network distinctions within QH services.
